Sunshine in a Bottle combines multiple citrus oils with a multitude of health benefits. Citrus oils are high in Limonene, which is researched heavily for anti-cancer and anti-tumoral benefits. When combined with another anti-cancer powerhouse, Frankincense, this blend is perfect for a healthful foundation and especially for prevention of dis-ease. Orange, Grapefruit, Tangerine, and Frankincense oils are often indicated for use with anxiety, depression, and are uplifting to the spirit. Copaiba is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent. And, inflammation is at the root of all dis-ease and abnormal functions in a body. By having a blend that is so pleasant to use, by any route, regular use is easy and happily achieved.

Health benefits should not be underestimated with the simple act of diffusion, and routine exposure to these essential oils over time, could reap amazing results and preventive measures! It is safe for diffusion with all animal species, and 5 or more drops per diffuser batch can be diffused up to 24 hours a day. Please see the Diffusion page for more information about diffusion.
Topical Use: Citrus oils can cause photosensitization. This means that if applied to skin that will be exposed to direct and intense sunlight, an odd discoloration of the skin can occur. This is usually not an issue for animals, but it is good to be aware of this fact if you have this blend on your skin and plan to go out in the hot sun! Citrus oils can be a little bit intense for direct use on the skin, so direct application of neat Sunshine in a Bottle is not recommended. Diluting the blend with equal amounts of Fractionated Coconut Oil (1/2 and 1/2) would be advisable for topical use. Massaging a diluted solution onto lipomas, tumors, or areas needing more circulation can be helpful.
Addition to Drinking Water: All animals can benefit from the addition of Sunshine in a Bottle to their drinking water. Please see the Drinking Water page for more information on this method of use for the various species of animals.
